The PC Charger has interchangeable magazine wells for common Ruger and Glock magazines, as well as a reversible magazine release and charging handle, a cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel, and a dead blow action with a custom tungsten dead blow weight that reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. The receiver is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet and is Type III hard-coat anodized for maximum durability.

It incorporates an integrated Picatinny-style rail. It comes with SR-Series and Security-9 handgun magazines, as well as an extra magazine that accepts Glock magss.
